In early March 2021, the results of the company's rationalization proposal solicitation and selection for this year were released. After multiple rounds of evaluation, 24 suggestions were awarded by the company.
In order to stimulate labor enthusiasm and innovation potential, and mobilize employees to contribute ideas and suggestions for the healthy development of the company, the company began organizing employee rationalization suggestion activities at the end of December 2020. The activity received positive response and active participation from a large number of employees, with a total of 256 rationalization suggestions received, covering various aspects such as business management, internal management, and management innovation. After preliminary evaluation of various suggestions by the functional center and business unit, and comprehensive evaluation by the company's responsible leaders, recommendations for entry and exit are selected.
In order to make rationalization proposal activities more efficient, orderly, and normalized, in mid December, the company rated 24 outstanding suggestions proposed by the marketing department, including the positioning of "marketing leadership and participation in project design" and the suggestion of the business management department to establish a monthly business analysis meeting and report mechanism for the business management department and its subsidiaries. Rewards were given, and the administrative human resources center that actively organized employees in the industry to participate in rationalization proposal activities was praised and rewarded.
