3Set the given values for each channel
pressCH1TheCH2TheCH3TheCH4Three seconds to enter the corresponding channel menu item (secondary menu), appearsSUParameter, press the ◄, ▲, ▼ keys to modify the parameter value, pressSETSave key.
6、 Self tuning operation
First, set the settings and then enter the menu,Set the hysteresis as0.5~1Left and right, willATset to1The instrument enters the self-tuning state, and the corresponding display window flashes“AT”At this point, the instrument is in positional control, and after three oscillations, the instrument determines a new onePTheIThedWait for the parameters and save them, then reset the instrument and enter the control state.
7Fault analysis and troubleshooting
1When the instrument window displays“HHorLL”Please check if the sensor wiring is correct.
2When it is found that the temperature between channels affects each other, please check whether the equipped sensors are isolated.
8、 Communication ProtocolThe communication function is optional and needs to be explained before orderingIf communication function is not required, there is no need to read this section

9、 Supplementary Explanation for Communication
1The program part of the upper computer for writing data to the instrument should add parameter limiting function according to the specifications of the instrument to prevent data beyond the range from being written to the instrument,
Make it unable to function properly. Please refer to the previous "Instrument Manual" for the parameter codes, register addresses, and rangesThe menu table in.
2The interval time for the upper computer to send read or write instructions should be greater than or equal to0.1Second, if it's too short, the instrument may not be able to respond in time.
3The measured value is32767(7FFFH)ExpressingHH(Beyond the upper range), for32512(7F00H)ExpressingLL(Exceeding the lower range)
4BesidesCRCVerify that the low bits of the byte are in the front and outside,All other double bytes have high bits in front.
5The instrument has not sent decimal point information, so it should be set as needed when programming the upper computer.
6Single bus mounting20The communication quality below the station is relatively stable. If more mounting is required, it is best to connect to ensure communication stability485Repeater.
7Because there are some on the marketmodbusThe first address of the parameter register address for smart devices is from1At the beginning, some0Start (this instrument)
from0Start). Therefore, when communicating with some configuration software or touch screens, all parameter register addresses of the instruments in the table above need to be
plus1To read and write correctly.
