Four easy ways to deal with flow meter not displaying:

Step: Measure if the pipeline is blocked?

Judgment method: Is there water flowing out from the outlet

Step 2: Determine if the integrated orifice plate converter is damaged?

Judgment method: Remove the converter and use a screwdriver to cut the magnetic induction line below, and check if the flow meter displays the flow rate.

Step 3: Is the flowmeter impeller stuck?

Judgment method: Whether the impeller is rotating

Solution: Remove and clean

Step 4: Pay attention to the upper and lower limits of the flow rate. The integrated orifice flowmeter can measure accurately within the measurement range, and the flow rate may not be displayed below the lower limit.
