Deep cleaning: For plug-in probes, remove and clean the probe head with a neutral cleaning agent to prevent material corrosion. After drying, reinstall and tighten the seal.

Pipeline status inspection: Check whether the measuring section of the pipeline has rust, severe scaling, or leakage. If the scaling is too thick, the inner wall of the pipeline needs to be cleaned (which affects ultrasonic transmission).

Coupling agent replacement: When the coupling agent of the external clamp probe ages (loses viscosity, cracks), replace it with a dedicated coupling agent to ensure good acoustic coupling between the probe and the pipeline.

Power and wiring inspection: Check whether the power supply voltage is stable, whether the wiring terminals are oxidized or loose, and promptly handle the oxidized contacts and re tighten them.

Calibration and verification (once a year)

On site comparison and calibration: Use standard flow meters (such as electromagnetic flow meters and volumetric flow meters) to compare flow rates with ultrasonic flow meters, and adjust equipment parameters when the error exceeds the allowable range.

Laboratory calibration: For critical measurement scenarios (such as trade settlement), send the equipment to a qualified laboratory for professional calibration, issue calibration reports, and update calibration labels.

Parameter verification: Confirm that the temperature and pressure compensation parameters are consistent with the actual working conditions, and correct measurement deviations caused by medium characteristics and environmental changes.

Special scenario maintenance

Sewage/Impurity containing media: Shorten the maintenance cycle to once a month, focus on cleaning probe attachments, and avoid entanglement or wear of impurities on the probe.

High temperature/high pressure working conditions: Regularly check the probe seals (such as sealing rings) for aging and leakage, and replace the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant special seals.

Explosion proof/Outdoor Environment: Check if the explosion-proof casing of the equipment is damaged and if the protection level meets the standard (IP65 or above is required for outdoor use), to prevent rainwater and dust from entering the host.
