LNG gasification pressure regulating pry is a natural gas supply system designed to meet the gas needs of small and medium-sized enterprise users and large and medium-sized public construction users. It is widely used for emergency gas supply, residential gas supply, and industrial production gas supply.


The LNG gasification pressure regulating pry process is mainly divided into two parts: one is the gasification of LNG, and the other is to regulate the pressure (metering, odorizing) of the gasified natural gas to the required gas pressure.

The main equipment for LNG gasification is the air temperature gasifier, which uses the temperature difference between the ambient temperature and the LNG temperature to increase the temperature of the LNG flowing through the air temperature gasifier pipeline, bringing it into a gas state. After LNG gasification, we generally refer to it as NG (natural gas).


If the ambient temperature is too low, the gasified natural gas needs to be reheated again, which is called reheating. After reheating, the natural gas can be connected to the gas consumption point through processes such as filtration, pressure regulation (metering, odorization), etc. During this process, a flow meter is required to measure the flow rate of natural gas after gasification.

In order to meet the gas production needs of a certain enterprise, a gasification pressure regulating pry device is installed in the factory area. The device has three metering pipelines, each with a design flow rate of 100-500Nm3/H. Two metering pipelines can be opened with one for use and one for backup. At the same time, each measuring pipeline will automatically open according to the set flow rate. When the actual flow rate of the measuring pipeline exceeds 90% of the designed flow rate, the program will automatically open the next measuring pipeline. During maintenance, the operator can also manually start and stop the on-site measuring pipeline according to the on-site situation.Each measuring tube includes a set of flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, and flow integrators.

After on-site communication with technical personnel, it was determined that the flow measurement will use a temperature pressure compensation integrated gas turbine flowmeter with a measurement accuracy of 1.0 level. A range ratio greater than 1:16 can meet the measurement accuracy requirements for minimum and maximum flow rates. At the same time, the flowmeter is equipped with a volume correction instrument, which automatically converts the operating flow rate into standard flow rate and automatically compensates for temperature, pressure, and compression coefficient correction. It can store data for one year or longer and achieve automatic management and monitoring of traffic. 2 gas pipelines, 1 bypass, can provide uninterrupted gas supply during flow meter calibration or maintenance.
