In view of the previous inaccurate measurement and frequent instrument failures of the customer, Xun'er engineers conducted on-site investigations and analyzed the properties of different point media. Based on the properties of the media, corresponding electrodes and liners were equipped with electromagnetic flow meters for different point replacements.
Because the temperature of copper sulfate medium in the customer's pipeline is around 50 ° C, the pipeline temperature will drop to 20 ° C during shutdown and pipeline cleaning, and the temperature change will create negative pressure. The Xun'er team has determined to use precision casting, sanitary grade lining, and steel mesh lining materials for the configuration of electromagnetic flow meters to avoid lining deformation caused by negative pressure in pipelines.
At the same time, to meet the flexible output mode of different points on site, the electromagnetic flowmeter is replaced with an output of 4-20mA, with HART communication, a power supply of 24VDC, and a dedicated 15 meter cable.
The copper foil industry uses high-power equipment on site, and the electromagnetic environment is complex. In response to this working condition, engineers have optimized the design of the electromagnetic converter to ensure that the instrument can meet electromagnetic compatibility, and has the ability to resist electrical fast transients/pulse groups, electrostatic discharge immunity, power frequency magnetic fields, as well as interference caused by changes in the power supply terminal and power supply voltage. In addition,To ensure the safety of the instruments, all instruments adopt explosion-proof design to isolate explosive flames and prevent them in advance.
