The textile printing and dyeing industry has high energy consumption, high investment costs, and complex process flow. It is generally divided into three independent stages: pre-treatment before staining, staining, and post-treatment after staining.
Pre dyeing treatment process:
Pre dyeing treatment, also known as desizing, aims to remove impurities from the fabric, usually duringRolling grooveAdd the desizing solution to the dyeing tank, treat it at a certain temperature, and then wash it with high-temperature water. The entire process requires a large amount of resources such as water, electricity, and steam.
Dyeing treatment process:
Dyeing is carried out by adding auxiliary solvents such as dyes, homogenizers, promoters, fixatives, and soda ash to a dyeing machine at a certain high temperature. Depending on the dye and dyeing machine, the required temperature and treatment time also vary. Some treatment processes also require soap washing or reduction cleaning to consider the dye uptake rate, which needs to be carried out at a high temperature of 100 degrees. This process consumes a large amount of water, electricity, steam, dyes, additives, etc., and generates a large amount of sewage that needs to be treated.
Dyeing post-treatment process:
The post-treatment of dyeing mainly includes sampling and color matching, dehydration, drying, shaping and other processes, which require a large amount of steam consumption. For example, drying needs to be carried out in a drying cylinder dryer.
