On January 24, 2024, Weifang Yafeng Chemical Instrument Co., Ltd. successfully held the 2024 Annual Celebration and 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference in the Yafeng Conference Room.

The conference is divided into three stages. In the first stage, the company's general manager Hu Yanan will present the 2023 annual summary report and 2024 work arrangements. In the second stage, department heads will summarize the work for 2023 and develop the work plan for 2024. In the third stage, the company will commend and reward outstanding individuals for the year 2023.

At the beginning, Mr. Hu gave an overall report on the company's production and operation situation for the whole year, systematically reviewed the progress of various aspects of the company's work over the past year, focused on analyzing the problems currently existing in each department, proposed the work ideas and task goals for the new year, and pointed out the direction for the company's sustainable development in 2024.

Subsequently, the heads of each department reported and spoke on the completion of the work for this year one by one, conducting in-depth analysis around the current internal problems and combining them with the direction and goals proposed by General Manager Hu. They also refined and decomposed the company's 2024 goals, providing specific work plans and demonstrating confidence.
