In the modern industrial field, accurate measurement of gas flow is crucial for production process control, energy management, and quality assurance. 1、 Working principle

Intelligent gas turbine flowmeter is a velocity based flow measurement instrument, which works based on the speed changes generated when gas flows through the turbine blades to calculate the flow rate. When gas flows through a flowmeter, kinetic energy acts on the turbine blades, overcoming mechanical friction and fluid resistance to drive the turbine to rotate. Within a certain flow range, the speed of the turbine is directly proportional to the gas flow rate. The pulse signal generated by the rotation of the turbine is sensed by a magnetic sensor, amplified, filtered, and shaped, and then enters the intelligent flow integrator together with the temperature and pressure sensor signals for processing. Finally, the volume flow rate and total amount of gas are displayed on the LCD screen.

2、 Technical features

It can provide measurement accuracy, with an error range typically between ± 0.1% and ± 1.0%.

(2) Multi parameter measurement
