Maintenance method for pressure transmitter
Date: 2014-06-26Read: 14
One:Pressure transmitterAccording to the different pressures of the tested medium, it can be divided intoPressure transmitterPressure transmitters, micro differential pressure transmitters, low, medium, and high differential pressure transmitters, high static pressure transmitters, etc., convert pressure (differential pressure) signals into standard electrical signals (4-20mA) for remote transmission, and can measure pressure, flow rate, and liquid level.

2: Daily and Regular Maintenance:

1. Conduct a weekly cleaning to keep the transmitter and its accessories clean;
2. Check the pressure tapping pipeline and valve joints once a week for any leakage. If there is any leakage, it should be dealt with as soon as possible.
3. Check the transmitter components every month for completeness and absence of severe corrosion or damage; The nameplate and identification are clear and accurate; Fasteners must not be loose, connectors must have good contact, and terminal connections must be firm;
4. Check the on-site measurement circuit once a month, including whether the input and output circuits are intact, whether the circuit is disconnected or short circuited, and whether the insulation is reliable.
5. Check the accuracy of instrument zero and display values every month, and ensure that transmitter zero and display values are accurate and true.
6. Regularly calibrate according to the transmitter calibration cycle.
7. Regularly discharge, condense or vent the transmitter,
8. Regularly fill transmitters with isolation fluid for source pipelines or measuring components.
9. Regularly blow and clean the pressure pipes that are prone to clogging media.
When the transmitter is not used for a long time, the door should be closed once.
11. When the transmitter is in operation, its housing must be well grounded. The transmitter used to protect the system should have measures to prevent power outages, short circuits, or output open circuits.
During the winter season, it is necessary to check that the insulation and heat tracing of the instrument source pipeline are good to prevent the source pipeline or transmitter measuring components from being damaged by freezing (due to the high temperature in the southern climate, insulation of the pipeline is generally not necessary).
