Entering summer, the temperature is getting higher and higher, which poses higher requirements for cold chain transportation. Recently, Wuxi Slosen has installed temperature monitoring equipment for multi transport refrigerated trucks of large cold chain transportation enterprises.
Through temperature monitoring and control equipment, the temperature inside the cabin can be monitored in real time. The temperature information can be viewed in real-time through the monitoring host in the cab, and the data will be automatically recorded and stored. If the temperature exceeds the limit, an audible alarm will be issued, and historical data and curves can be viewed through the host. The data can be exported through an SD card and connected to a micro printer for online printing.
The monitoring data can also be transmitted to the monitoring center through GPRS wireless communication, and the temperature data and vehicle positioning information (including latitude and longitude, altitude, driving direction, vehicle speed, driving trajectory playback, etc.) of each vehicle can be viewed in real time through monitoring software.
Through cold chain monitoring software, various data of cold chain vehicles during the driving process can be monitored throughout the process, ensuring the safety of cold chain transportation and achieving the most effective monitoring of refrigerated vehicles, greatly improving the work efficiency and quality of cold chain enterprises, and creating greater value for enterprises.
The following image is a partial picture of the on-site installation of cold chain monitoring equipment.
The installation and debugging of the equipment are entirely the responsibility of the company's professional engineers, ensuring specialization and standardization to ensure the system operates in its optimal state.
