saltFog experiment boxIt imitates the destructive effects of the marine environment on the formation of goods. The salt spray experiment box is composed of a box, a heating system, a spray system, a demisting system and a control system.
1. Spray system: tower spray equipment is selected, and the planning and composition of spray equipment should be able to produce fine and moist. The data of dense fog and spray equipment cannot react with the salt spray solution.
2. Salt spray dissolution: The salt used in the salt spray test chamber should be high-quality sodium chloride. When dry, the content of sodium iodide should not exceed 0.1%, and the total content of impurities should not exceed 0.3%. The concentration of the salt solution should be (5 ± 1)% (mass ratio); The solution should be prepared by dissolving (5 ± 1) parts of salt in 95 parts of distilled or deionized water.
3. PH value: When the temperature is (35 ± 2) ℃, the pH value of the solution should be within 6.5-7.2. During the conditional experiment, the pH value should be maintained within this range. Under the premise of ensuring the concentration of sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide can be used to adjust the pH value.
The pH value of the solution for each batch of new equipment should be measured. Within the scope of the above rules, pH values may require adjustment.
Note: The solution after spray cannot be used again.
4. Air supply: The compressed air entering the spray equipment shall be free of any sundries, such as oil, dust, etc. Measures should be taken to ensure that the humidity and temperature of compressed air meet the requirements of operating conditions, and the air pressure should be suitable for fine and humid conditions. Dense fog.
In order to prevent salt accumulation, the relative humidity of the air at the recommended nozzle is less than 58%. The airflow should be allowed to pass through a hot water tower that actively maintains stability in the form of very small bubbles, with a water temperature of at least 35 ℃. The water temperature should not be too high to prevent excessive moisture from being brought into the experimental chamber, and it should not exceed the regular operating temperature.
5. Initial inspection: The sample should be visually inspected, and if necessary, electrical and mechanical performance should be checked according to relevant specifications.
Note: The cleaning method should not affect the corrosion effect of salt spray on the sample, and should not introduce any secondary corrosion. Before the experiment, try to avoid touching the surface of the sample with your hands as much as possible.
