In some inspection sites, it was even found that the domestic sewage joints of some ships had already rusted, but the receiving records were intact every time.
To combat fraudulent behavior in the process of receiving domestic sewage, Jiangyin Changshan Maritime AdministrationexecuteThe personnel discussed a solution together and envisioned installing an intelligent flow monitoring meter at the standard discharge joint interface of the ship (vehicle) receiving domestic sewage. While monitoring on site, the data would be synchronized and uploaded in real-time to the backend for maritime agencies to monitor.
After researching and screening flow meters on the market according to demand, a seismic and anti-interference intelligent electromagnetic flow meter was finally selected and installed at the standard discharge joint interface of the anti pollution receiving unit ship for testing. Real time flow rate, receiving time, total receiving amount and other data were intuitively displayed and stored on the flow meter, and the experimental effect was good, achieving the expected results.
Subsequently, based on the installation of intelligent flow meters, Jiangyin Changshan Maritime Department repeatedly pondered and continuously improved. According to regulatory requirements, it actively connected with Ship E and developed a domestic sewage receiving and monitoring platform. Through one-on-one and point-to-point guidance, the anti pollution receiving ship was installed and debugged, and the on-site measurement data of the flow meter was successfully transmitted in real time to Ship E's backend.
The ship domestic sewage collection and supervision platform is based on technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, and is integrated with the ship's E-line system to achieve data sharing. It mainly consists of intelligent flow meters, intelligent communication gateways, and intelligent terminal operation screens.
The intelligent terminal operation screen is used for on-site business operations, remote control and data reading of flow meters, control valves, etc. The intelligent communication gateway connects devices such as intelligent terminal operation screens, flow meters, control valves, GPS positioning devices, etc., and transmits relevant data in real time to the regulatory platform through 4G network.
With the help of the ship's domestic sewage receiving and monitoring platform, the data from the flowmeter is automatically uploaded to the ship's E-row backend, without the need for input from the ship owner, making the data recording more accurate and authentic.
At present, the intelligent flowmeter and ship domestic sewage receiving and supervision platform have been tested and promoted in multiple units in Jiangyin Port. According to the pollution prevention receiving units that are already in use, dozens of ships receive through this method every day, and the operation of the platform is very smooth and stable.
