In the first phase of the customer's project, two different measurement principles, high-precision radar and servo level gauges, were installed on the storage tank. The customer encountered frequent failures of servo level gauges, which led to the operation and maintenance team investing a lot of manpower to troubleshoot. The customer needs a reliable and validated level measurement solution to prevent such incidents from happening again.
The customer was informed in the "Opinions on On Site Verification of Safety Production License Changes" organized by relevant departments that "all on-site servo level gauges for storage tanks in the railway loading and unloading platform tank area were found to be damaged", and requested a deadline for rectification.

The traditional external liquid level gauge detection sensor is installed at the bottom of the vertical storage tank. During long-term production and operation of the vertical storage tank, impurities and sediments will be generated, which will affect the measurement stability.

After the application of the energy gathering type external liquid level gauge:
1. The liquid level signal significantly increased from 100mV to about 1500mV, and the intensity increased by 15 times.
