SBWZ temperature transmitterIntegrating thermocouples or thermal resistors with transmitters, it directly measures the temperature of liquid, steam, and gas media within the range of -200~1600 ℃ in various industrial processes, converts the temperature into a 4-20mA unified output signal proportional to the electrical signal of thermocouples and thermal resistors, and sends it to display, record, adjust instruments or computers. It can be widely used in various departments such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, power, light industry, textile, food, national defense, and scientific research.
The working principle of SBWZ temperature transmitter: The thermocouple or thermistor sensor converts the temperature into an electrical signal, and then sends the signal to the input network of the transmitter, which includes relevant circuits such as zero adjustment and thermocouple compensation. The zero adjusted signal is input to an operational amplifier for signal amplification. Once the amplified signal is processed by a V/I converter, it is output as a DC4-20mA current; The other path is processed by an A/D converter and displayed in the header. There are two types of linearization circuits for transmitters, both of which use feedback methods. For thermistor sensors, calibrate them using forward and backward methods, and for thermocouple sensors, calibrate them using the multi segment line approximation method. The LCD display of SBWZ temperature transmitter adopts a two-wire output method.
SBWZ temperature transmitterFeatures:
1. Adopting an epoxy resin sealing structure, it is earthquake resistant, temperature resistant, and suitable for installation and use in harsh on-site environments.
2. Installed on-site in the junction box of thermal resistors and thermocouples, it directly outputs 4-20mA, which not only saves expensive compensation wire costs, but also improves the anti-interference ability during long-distance signal transmission.
3. High precision, low power consumption, wide temperature range for use, stable and reliable operation.
4. The range is adjustable and has a linearization correction function. The thermocouple temperature transmitter has a cold end automatic compensation function. Widely applicable, it can form an integrated on-site installation structure with thermocouples and thermistors, and can also be installed as a functional module in testing equipment.
