Liquid carbon dioxide belongs to ultra-low temperature liquids, so instruments are also very demanding during use. Under normal circumstances, frost and crystallization may occur, causing the instrument to malfunction.Manager I599 I699 IO7/I8O6655848O
Xi'an Xiangyuan Technology Co., Ltd. has proposed a design scheme for an ultra-low temperature liquid level gauge based on the special situation on site, in order to meet the needs of users for stable operation on site. China has also conducted extensive preliminary research and experiments on carbon dioxide oil displacement technology. For example, Daqing Oilfield conducted a non miscible carbon dioxide displacement field test using 96% high-purity carbon dioxide, a byproduct of the refinery hydrogenation workshop. Although the gas channeling caused by the non-uniformity of the reservoir in the mine experiment affected the sweep efficiency, overall it still achieved the effect of reducing water content and improving crude oil recovery. In response to the high viscosity and deep burial of ultra heavy oil reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield, Shengli Oil Production Institute has been cooperating with Shengli Petroleum Development Center since 2005 to conduct experiments on carbon dioxide assisted steam injection in ultra heavy oil areas such as Zheng411 and T826. It is proposed to combine carbon dioxide and water vapor for thermal oil recovery, and further theoretical research is carried out to continuously improve the level of thermal recovery supporting technology. Based on extensive field experiments, the basic conditions for adapting to carbon dioxide flooding oil reservoirs are summarized as follows: the lithology of the reservoir can be sandstone, dolomite, or limestone. Carbon dioxide dissolves in water to form carbonic acid, which can dissolve calcium salts and increase the permeability of the bottom layer. Carbon dioxide driven oil reservoirs are generally buried at depths of 600-3500 meters, with reservoir temperatures generally below 120 ℃ and reservoir thicknesses greater than 3 meters. The fracturing pressure of the reservoir is greater than the required injection pressure to prevent formation fracturing and affect the oil recovery effect. The oil reservoir has a large void volume for contact with carbon dioxide, and the permeability is generally 5 millidarcies higher.Manager I599 I699 IO7/I8O6655848O
