Process description:The kinematic viscosity tester is a laboratory oil analyzer mainly used to measure the kinematic viscosity of oil products. By measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquids under different temperature conditions, it can evaluate their activity function and service life in cold/hot environments, and ensure the reliability and safety of products. According to the parameter settings, the instrument heats up to the set temperature and maintains it constant. When the temperature reaches equilibrium, place the sample into the viscosity tube, and the instrument will automatically detect the sample's movement time and calculate the experimental results. The experiment of cleaning the viscosity tube is completed.

Specific description of on-site application:The operation is relatively simple. The input is set according to the sensor type provided by the customer at the factory, and it can be easily self tuned on the instrument to achieve control effect without manual adjustment of PID parameters. In the later stage, the PID parameters of batch equipment can be fully built-in at the factory, saving debugging time.
