The sealing part of the special bag for traditional Chinese medicine granules requires temperature control, with a temperature range of 150-200 ℃, and high requirements for temperature control stability. When the temperature is too high, the sealing of the medicine bag is prone to deformation. When the temperature is too low, the sealing is not tight, and the medicine deteriorates.
Problem solved for the customer: The customer originally used a temperature control brand from Zhejiang, which had a large volume and high failure rate of the temperature controller. In just six months, temperature control failure and other malfunctions occurred, resulting in the shutdown and maintenance of the entire equipment, causing huge losses to the customer. After rigorous comparative testing by multiple parties, the customer chose to use the Yudian AI-7248 temperature controller. The product is compact in size with a width of only 22.5mm, saving installation space for the customer's equipment. The temperature control is precise and stable, reducing the customer's after-sales costs. The customer is very satisfied with the performance of this watch and has received high praise from them.
On site application specific description: The Yudian AI-7248 temperature controller adopts 4-channel independent PID control, which is suitable for multi-point temperature control situations. For situations with multiple temperature control points, a bus type connection method can be used, where multiple instrument buses are spliced together, requiring only one power supply input and one RS485 output, saving wiring terminals. Due to the good temperature control stability and low temperature drift of Yudian instruments, the failure rate is only 0.3%, and the majority of this failure rate is caused by improper parameter adjustment.
