Screw free assembly
The connection between the upper and lower cover plates of the shell and the side plates does not require screws, rivets, or welding, but instead uses hooks and grooves because there are no holes on the shell, which prevents water, gas, and dust from entering, improving the protection level, and the appearance is very beautiful. The traditional maintenance ground wire PE line is placed on one side of the bus duct, because the defect current induced by electromagnetic induction on the maintenance ground wire is 50% higher than calculated. The distance between the three-phase conductive rows and PE is not equal, and the inductance is also not equal. When the line is long, under the defect current, the three phases are severely unbalanced. Choose non-magnetic aluminum alloy casing with excellent conductivity as the maintenance ground wire, surrounding the conductive busbar as close as possible to the three-phase busbar, to achieve the minimum reactance, and maintain the ground wire at the same distance from the three-phase busbar with the same reactance. In this way, whether it is a short-term or continuous relative short circuit defect, this grounding method is better than setting up a separate PE row. Therefore, the World Electrical Skills Council has issued and recommended that wire busbars (bus ducts) use the casing as the grounding conductor. Integrating the shell with PE also avoids poor grounding continuity at the connection between the shell and PE due to long-term corrosion and poor contact. According to Article 7.4.3.1.5 of the mandatory standard GB7251.1 for busbar trunking, it is assumed that the selected measures can ensure the circuit has durable and excellent conductivity, and the current carrying capacity is sufficient to accept the grounding defect current flowing through the complete set of equipment. Therefore, the various metal components of the assembled complete set of equipment are considered to effectively ensure the continuity of the maintenance circuit. The maintenance of conductor cross-sectional area is regulated in Table 4 of 7.4.3.1.7. In rule 7.4.3.1.5 (e), it is assumed that when the casing is used as part of the maintenance circuit, its cross-sectional area should be equivalent to the minimum load area specified in rule 7.4.3.1.7 in terms of conductivity adjustment. Therefore, using the casing as the overall grounding technique for the PE row is useful.
Anti corrosion function
The aluminum profile shell has much better anti-corrosion function after anodizing for 10u and galvanizing The long-term atmospheric exposure test conducted by Japan on aluminum alloy plates and galvanized copper plates with different trademarks shows that the corrosion depth of the former is about one tenth of that of the latter, compared to the steel shell.
method
There is an insulation layer on the conductive busbar, and there is a certain air gap between the phases. There is also an insulation pad constrained by DMC data between the conductive busbar and the outer shell, with triple insulation to ensure full insulation of the bus duct, especially when used in humid environments.
Large span planning
The length of straight busbar trunking is not limited by transportation capacity, but its planning and production capacity are not limited by length, which can meet the needs of engineering, especially modern factories, for large-span busbar trunking. Because of its good rigidity, there is no need to install hangers between 6m spans.
Equipment bento
Because the overall dimensions are consistent and the internal structure is symmetrical, it can be arranged as L1, L2, L3, N on either side, making inversion simple and convenient for equipment.
The outer shell of the bus duct is made of aluminum magnesium alloy profiles, consisting of two end plates and upper and lower cover plates. The side plates are designed with heat dissipation fins and dovetail grooves, which not only facilitate the heat dissipation of the bus duct, but also enhance the rigidity of the shell and facilitate equipment. This reduces the weight of the bus duct and allows for large-span planning and reduction of equipment brackets.
