DDL series high current generator

1、 Overview:

The series high current generator is a specially designed and manufactured equipment based on the current load test, temperature rise test, and detection of the maximum breaking current breaking capacity of various current transformers and other electrical equipment used in electrical equipment testing by power departments and factories.
This series of products adopts a split design based on their volume and weight/The integrated structure has the characteristics of infinite adjustment of output current, balanced rise of current, wide range of load changes, reliable operation, easy operation, and safety. It is an ideal equipment for conducting flow or temperature rise tests in industrial and mining enterprises.

4、 Working principle:

After being powered on, this series of products adjusts the output voltage of the voltage regulator to obtain the high current required for the test. The working principle diagram is as follows:

5、 Usage and precautions

1Connect the working circuit according to the electrical schematic diagram. The transformer casing, operating console, etc. must be well grounded.
2. Connect the power and the voltmeter on the control panel will light up. Press the start button, the green indicator light will turn on, and the current converter is waiting for the current to rise.
3. Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise, paying attention to the output current indication on the control panel until the required high current is reached. To ensure testing accuracy, a standard ammeter can be connected in series to the instrument terminal.
4. During the experiment, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the power should be immediately cut off, and the cause should be identified before conducting the experiment.
5. After the experiment is completed, the voltage regulator must be reset to zero, the power supply must be cut off by pressing the stop button, and the working power supply must be cut off before the test wiring can be removed to ensure safety.

6、 Attention:

1This device is designed for short-term operation, so it is not allowed to work at rated capacity for a long time, especially not to operate beyond rated current to prevent overheating. The duration is as follows:

2.Newly installed and long-term unused transformers, used before operation1500The megohmmeter measures the insulation resistance between coils and between coils and ground, with a resistance value not less than0.5It can only be used at megaohms.

3The use of intermediate current transformers and operation consoles must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
4. When using, the flow should be slowly and evenly raised, and excessive vibration should be avoided during transportation.
5. The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the electric brush should be kept clean, and wiped clean with 90% alcohol dipped cotton yarn depending on the situation.
6. This equipment should be kept clean, ventilated, dry, and stored indoors.
