1. During the unpacking inspection, it is necessary to check whether the main circuit wiring terminals are loose and whether the voltage regulator brush is in good contact.

2. When not in use for a long time, a 500V megohmmeter should be used to check the insulation resistance of the main circuit to ground before use, and the resistance should not be less than 0.5 megohms.

3High current generatorThe input voltage should match the voltage values on the nameplate (-220V, -380V), with a difference of ± 10% and a frequency of 50Hz.

4High current generatorThe current switch is not allowed to operate with load.

5. When operating, the handwheel should be rotated evenly and slowly to avoid damaging the regulator.

6. The working time at full load should not exceed 5 minutes, and the continued working time should be less than 2.5 minutes, but the working cycle should be greater than 10 minutes.

7High current generatorThe shell has a grounding terminal, which should be well grounded during use.
