1. Online discharge function: The tested battery pack maintains constant current discharge through FBOR built-in dummy load.

2. Online charging function: After the discharge is completed, the online charging function is automatically activated, allowing the rectifier to charge the battery pack, solving the problem of huge voltage difference in the battery pack return system.

3. Whole group activation function: It can set the number of charging and discharging cycles for the entire battery group, achieving online activation of the entire battery group.

4. Intelligent processing function for abnormal mains power: When abnormal mains power occurs during the discharge process, FBOR can stop the discharge of the tested battery pack to the FBOR built-in false load according to the customer's pre-set settings, and instead fully guarantee the emergency power supply of the tested battery pack to the power system.

5. Wireless module single cell monitoring: Adopting FSK wireless single cell monitoring technology, supporting 2V/4V/6V/12V single cell voltage monitoring, each wireless monitoring module can simultaneously monitor 24 single cells, making wiring easier.

6. 7-inch large touch screen: Equipped with a large touch screen, users can directly click and operate on the screen, making the operation simpler and clearer. During the discharge process, all discharge parameters can be viewed and a single cell voltage bar chart can be displayed.

7. Automatic discharge current calculation function: The instrument has built-in discharge coefficients for various hourly rates of the battery, which can automatically calculate the required discharge current for the battery group based on the nominal capacity of the battery and the user's required discharge hourly rate. Regardless of the user's discharge efficiency, the discharged capacity of the battery will be automatically converted to C10 capacity.

8. Maintenance parameter preset function: The instrument is equipped with 9 commonly used discharge parameter presets, which facilitate on-site discharge operations for users. Users can also modify the built-in preset parameters.

9. Large capacity data storage: The instrument is equipped with a built-in large capacity memory, which can store multiple sets of test data.

10. Test data transfer: During the discharge process, real-time data reception can be performed by connecting to a PC. After the discharge is completed, the discharge data stored in the host can also be copied to the PC through an SD card for analysis.

11. Multiple discharge shutdown thresholds: Four discharge shutdown thresholds can be set, including battery pack voltage, individual cell voltage, discharge time, and discharge capacity; When the discharge stops, the screen will display the reason for the shutdown and there will be an alarm prompt sound.

12. Multiple cell shutdown thresholds can be set: allowing multiple cells to stop discharging only when their voltage drops below the threshold. One discharge can * * test multiple lagging cells, which has a good application in battery pack scrap discharge tests.
