The machine and pump are integrated, with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same horizontal line, and the shaft seal adopts mechanical sealing. TEB is a product developed by our factory based on the inconvenience of installation and disassembly due to space and lifting equipment limitations when repairing pumps for users.
1. The ISG type pipeline pump is suitable for heating and air conditioning system cold and hot water circulation, high-rise building water supply, fire pipeline pressurization, long-distance water delivery, industrial production process circulation pressurization, garden sprinkler irrigation, and other media with clear water or physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 80 ℃.
2. IRG type hot water pipelinecentrifugal pumpMainly used for heating rooms, boilers, bathroom hot and cold water circulation, and non corrosive hot water pressurization circulation in various industries. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 150 ℃.
3. GRG type high-temperature pipelinecentrifugal pumpMainly used for conveying non corrosive high-temperature liquids in industries such as boiler water supply and drainage circulation, hot and cold water circulation, and heating. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 200 ℃.
4. The IHG type chemical pipeline centrifugal pump is mainly used for boosting and transporting chemical corrosive liquids in industries such as chemical, environmental protection, instrument brewing, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, and textile. The medium temperature does not exceed 100 ℃
5. YG type pipeline oil pump is used to transport non corrosive oils and petroleum products that do not contain solid particles and have a viscosity of less than 120 cm-1. The temperature of the conveying medium is -20 to 80 ℃.
6. TEB is a detachable vertical pipeline pump that can be adapted to various working environments by changing the material.

The inlet and outlet sizes of the ISG, IRG, GRG, IHG, YG, and TEB series pipeline pumps are the same and in the same horizontal direction, forming a 180 ℃ angle with each other. The main components of the pump include the pump body, pump cover, impeller, sealing ring, motor bracket, etc. The coaxial shaft seal of the pump and motor (TEB type is an independent pump shaft) adopts mechanical seal. From the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
