Working steps of hot water tank:
1. Fill the hot water tank with water: manually open the "water filling valve", click on "water supply pump" and "boiler exhaust valve" on the "manual screen" of the operation panel, visually inspect the boiler glass level gauge, and when the appropriate water level is reached, close all valves.
2. Heating up of hot water tank: Press the "Hot Pot Operation" button, and the system will automatically control the water temperature and pressure of the upper tank. When the water temperature of the upper tank reaches the "Parameter Setting" value, the system will automatically stop and alarm.
Working steps of sterilization kettle:
1. Fill the pot with water: After the product is loaded into the pot, the pot door is locked and an alarm is prompted. Press the "sterilization button" (green) button, and the system will automatically detect whether the pressure of the upper hot water tank has reached the set pressure of the upper tank. If it has not reached the set pressure of the upper tank, open the "upper tank air supply valve" and close it when it reaches the set pressure of the upper tank. Open the "hot water recovery valve" and "circulating water outlet valve", and press the hot water from the upper tank into the lower pot. When the water level of the upper tank reaches the low water level or the water level of the lower pot reaches the high liquid level, this step ends and the next work step is.
2. Heating up the pot: The connecting valve, circulating inlet valve, circulating outlet valve, pipeline centrifugal circulation pump, and steam valve are opened, and the pressure inside the pot automatically maintains the set pressure. When the set sterilization temperature is reached, it enters the insulation step (sterilization step).
3. Circulating insulation; After reaching the set sterilization temperature, sterilization begins with temperature and pressure self-control. When the set time is reached, the hot water recovery step is carried out.
4. Hot water recovery step: The connecting valve, hot water recovery valve, circulating water outlet valve, and circulating pump are turned on, and the pressure inside the pot is automatically controlled. When the water level in the lower pot reaches a low level or the water level in the upper tank reaches a high level, this step ends and the next work step is carried out.
5. Cooling water injection: The cooling water supply pump, connecting valve, and water supply bypass valve are first opened. When the temperature inside the pot drops to the set opening temperature of the water supply main valve, the water supply main valve opens, and the water injection speed increases. During this period, the pressure is controlled automatically. When the water level reaches the high water level of the next pot, this step ends and the next work step is carried out.
6. Circulating cooling: The centrifugal circulating pump in the pipeline is running, and the circulating water outlet valve and circulating water inlet valve are opened. During this period, the pressure is automatically controlled, and the system starts cooling time on its own. When the set cooling time is reached, this step ends and the next work step is carried out. If the "System Screen" on the operation panel is set to automatically heat the upper tank during the cooling process, and if the upper tank temperature is lower than the set temperature, the upper tank will automatically heat up
7. Drainage inside the pot: Open the drainage valve and circulation pump to pump out the cooled circulating water until it reaches the set low water level. Stop the drainage step and enter the exhaust step.
8. Exhaust: Open the exhaust valve to exhaust the remaining gas in the pot until the pressure inside the pot reaches zero.
9. Work completed: The system is reset and an audible and visual alarm is triggered, indicating to the operator that the sterilization of the product has ended.
