Overview

The intelligent vibration monitoring instrument produced by Zhengzhou Aerospace Science and Technology Co., Ltd. can measure the vibration of the casing or structure relative to free space, that is, absolute vibration. It is particularly suitable for machines with ball bearings. In such machines, the vibration of the shaft can be transmitted to the casing to a large extent. Therefore, the monitoring instrument can be equipped with a magnetic electric speed sensor for continuous measurement and protection of rotating machinery. The installation of the sensor should be particularly careful not to reduce the amplitude of the sensor, and the frequency effect should not be changed or the generated signal cannot represent the true vibration of the machine. This monitoring instrument is particularly suitable for situations where a large number of vibration points need to be measured, such as motors, compressors, fans, etc.
