The VOC detector is an instrument used by Huiruipu Company to detect the concentration of VOC gases in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will issue an audible and visual alarm, timely reminding to take safety measures to prevent explosions and poisoning accidents, thereby ensuring the safety of life and property. Three wire or two (four) wire 4-20mA standard signal output, voltage output, and 2 sets of relay switch values. Automatic zero tracking to prevent drift, temperature compensation, multi-level calibration, able to comply with national standards and local and provincial standards in various regions simultaneously. Secondary alarm setting, dual relay signal output: two sets of passive signal output.
VOC concentration alarm instrument features:
Multiple wiring methods: Supports both RS485 (Modbus communication protocol) and 4-20mA communication methods, with stronger compatibility;
Stainless steel material: 50MM diameter air chamber, which protects the sensor from external environmental influences and can cope with various harsh environments; Optional stainless steel casing for corrosive environments;
Rationality: The detector adopts a back cover free design to prevent water intrusion issues;
Intelligent protection: The detector has automatic recognition and protection functions for sensor short circuit and open circuit faults;

Installation precautions:
The Huiruipu HRP-T1000 detector is installed in areas where the detected gas is prone to leakage. The installation location is determined by the relative gravity of the detected gas to air. When the specific gravity of the detected gas is greater than that of air, the detector should be installed at a distance of (30-60) cm from the ground, with the sensor facing downwards.
When the specific gravity of the detected gas is less than that of air, the detector should be installed at a distance of (30-60) cm from the ceiling, with the sensor facing downwards.
To use the detector correctly and prevent detector malfunctions, please do not install it in the following locations:
1. Places directly affected by steam and oil fumes;
2. Places with high airflow, such as air vents, ventilation fans, and doors;
3. Places with high levels of moisture and water droplets (relative humidity: ≥ 90% RH);
4. Places with temperatures below -40 ℃ or above 55 ℃;
5. Places with strong electromagnetic fields.
