1、 Resumption time

1. Formally resuming workOn October 9, 2025 (Thursday) at 9:00, all staff will be on duty and the attendance system will be restored synchronously.

2. prepare in advance：

• Please check office equipment, system permissions, and work progress before 18:00 on Wednesday, October 8th.

• The department head is required to submit the 'Post holiday Work Plan' to the management email before 20:00 on October 8th.

2、 Resumption of work requirements

1. health management：

• Before returning to work, it is necessary to fill out the "Health Status Declaration Form" (Attachment 1), and report any symptoms such as fever in a timely manner.

2. work connection：

• Sort out unfinished tasks during the holiday and prioritize handling urgent tasks.

• Each department needs to hold a resumption meeting before 10:00 on October 9th to clarify this week's goals.

3. Safety Reminder：

• Turn off the power supply in the personal office area and check the fire-fighting facilities.

3、 Other matters

• Abnormal attendance must be reported to the Human Resources Department on the day of resumption of work.

• Logistics support: The cafeteria will resume normal breakfast supply on October 9th, and the shuttle bus route will return to the original schedule.
