ybzhanAnalyze the two installation methods of Yokogawa transmitters
Yokogawa transmitterThere are two basic installation methods: direct installation and remote flange installation. The former has a simpler installation method, uses less material, and saves manpower and resources, but this installation method has limitations and is only suitable for situations where it is easy to operate. For some tanks or equipment that require flange mounted pressure/differential pressure transmitters, considering the installation location or ease of on-site reading, remote transmission flange type should be selected.
When installing the Yokogawa transmitter, the inner diameter of the gasket used should be larger than the inner diameter of the diaphragm seal. If the inner diameter of the gasket used is smaller than the inner diameter of the diaphragm seal, it may affect the normal operation of the diaphragm, causing errors or damage to the diaphragm. Be careful not to damage the surface of the membrane. If the membrane is placed face down, it may damage the surface of the membrane. Do not twist, squeeze, or apply excessive pressure to the capillary tube. Do not loosen the four screws on the chamber flange (if the filling fluid leaks, the transmitter will not work).
To avoid measurement errors caused by temperature differences, capillary bundles can be bundled together. The capillary tube must be securely fixed to the tank wall to prevent the effects of wind and vibration. If the capillary tube is too long, it should be coiled together and fixed with a clip.
In addition, most industrial sites use bracket installation methods. Due to limitations such as pipeline design and operating location, it is not possible to directly install on pipelines or equipment, so it is necessary to use pressure pipes for pressure guidance. This installation method is convenient for installation, wiring, calibration, and later maintenance.
