At present, this family owned enterprise has 5450 employees worldwide, including 2000 engineers. Beifu's business covers over 75 countries worldwide, with 23 branches in Germany and 41 subsidiaries and representative offices overseas.
Beifu attaches great importance to the training and education of outstanding employees to continuously meet the long-term demand for qualified professionals. In the summer of 2025, a total of 61 young people began their careers at Beifu, with 32 starting apprenticeship vocational training and 29 students participating in an integrated engineering learning program in collaboration with the G ü tzlow campus of the Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSBI). The company currently has a total of 116 apprentices and 110 enrolled students. Beifu aims to cultivate young people who are passionate about technology and invest in the future development of the local area by offering nine types of apprenticeship positions and four undergraduate degree programs.
