1. Intelligent host
The host adopts a high-speed and high-performance digital signal processor (DSP) with fast operation speed and wide transmission bandwidth, which enables the device to have powerful single machine functions and high calculation accuracy.
2. Single machine independent operation
The device is operated by a convenient and flexible rotating mouse and a large LCD screen, with a complete set of Chinese displays. The six phase microcomputer relay protection calibrator can complete most of the on-site testing and calibration work, and can calibrate various relays (such as current, voltage, inverse time limit, power direction, impedance, differential, low cycle, synchronous, frequency, DC, intermediate, time, etc.) and microcomputer protection. It can also simulate transient and conversion faults from single-phase to three-phase for whole group testing.
3. Connect the computer to run
Through a complete set of Chinese operating software, various large-scale, complex, and highly automated verification tasks can be completed, including fault replay, convenient testing and scanning of various protection settings, real-time storage of test data, display of vector graphics, drawing of fault waveforms, online printing of reports, etc.
4. Large screen LCD display screen
The single machine adopts a 320 × 240 dot matrix large screen graphic LCD display, and all operation processes are set on the display screen. The operation interface and test results are displayed in Chinese, with a wide viewing angle and intuitive clarity.
5. Easy to operate
The use of an advanced controller "rotating mouse" greatly simplifies the structure of the operating part, making it easy to operate, fast, and easy to master, with a long service life.
6. High resolution analog-to-digital conversion
It can generate high-precision and high-density fitted sine waves, ensuring good linearity of the fitted waveform and minimal distortion in small signal output. Even when outputting high-order harmonics, the six phase microcomputer relay protection calibrator can still generate high-precision sine waves.
