Recently, Guangdong Haotian Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GuangHaotian") officially signed a procurement agreement with a large domestic electrical group. GuangHaotian will provide multiple customized explosion-proof test chambers to help the group improve its electrical equipment safety testing system and strengthen the control of the explosion-proof performance of core products. This cooperation marks the high recognition of Guanghaotan's technical strength in the field of industrial safety testing equipment by mainstream enterprises.
It is understood that the electrical group focuses on the research and manufacturing of electrical equipment for high-risk industries such as mining and chemical engineering. Its products need to operate stably in flammable and explosive environments such as gas and dust, and explosion-proof performance is the core indicator for product safety admission. Previously, due to the insufficient accuracy of existing testing equipment, it was difficult to accurately simulate explosive environments under complex working conditions, which hindered the product development process.
The explosion-proof test box provided by Guanghaotian has effectively addressed this pain point. The equipment adopts 316L stainless steel explosion-proof chamber, which can withstand an explosion pressure of 10MPa and accurately simulate the explosion environment of different media such as gas and coal dust. The methane concentration control accuracy reaches ± 0.1%, and can reproduce underground working conditions. The 1000Hz high-frequency data acquisition system equipped can capture key parameters such as pressure curve and flame propagation in real time, providing accurate data support for equipment optimization.

The full system explosion-proof design and intelligent safety protection system of the equipment impressed us the most, "said the procurement manager of the electrical group. The test box is equipped with multiple protective devices such as explosion-proof membrane pressure relief and nitrogen blowing, as well as a low-noise operation advantage of ≤ 65dB (A), which not only meets the needs of safety testing, but also conforms to the concept of green production.
