7-step maintenance and upkeep of oil filters in use

1. The failure of the motor and pump to operate the oil filter results in incorrect rotation direction, which will suck in a large amount of air and liquid, affecting the filtration effect and potentially causing problems.

2. When oil enters the machine, if the pump produces abnormal noise, stop the machine and check if the pump and main filter are clean.

3. When the oil filter has been in use for more than 6 months, please check the filter element and clean it, because mechanical impurities in the oil will adhere to the filter element during long-term operation, affecting the filtration effect. If not cleaned for a long time, the pressure will increase.

4. Filter cartridges are consumables, and we need to clean and replace them regularly to ensure high-quality filtration and good machine operation.

5. Regularly maintain the vacuum pump oil. If it is dirty, please replace it. If the oil is low, please add new oil to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

6. Keep the oil hose (especially the inlet and outlet clean). If any dirt is found, remove the oil hose and clean it. Otherwise, these dirt will contaminate the oil.

7. Check all electrical components and measuring tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
