It is necessary to accelerate the construction of key energy projects, vigorously promote the development of green electricity, further strengthen the "external connection of the power grid and internal introduction of electricity", open up the "strategic channel" for Ganzhou to participate in national power resource allocation, and create a national regional hub power grid. We need to strengthen the construction of energy infrastructure, vigorously improve the level of power security, increase the efforts of rural power grid transformation and upgrading, and continuously improve the stability and reliability of power supply. Water conservancy is the foundation and lifeline of economic and social development. It is necessary to coordinate, scientifically plan, implement the early stage, highlight key points, actively compete for funds and projects, vigorously promote the implementation and effectiveness of a number of global, landmark, and strategic major water conservancy projects, and accelerate the construction of a modern water network system.

Huang Xizhong emphasized the need to strengthen project supervision, establish and improve anti-corruption risk prevention and control mechanisms, integrate anti-corruption monitoring throughout the entire life cycle of project construction, and focus on building clean and transparent projects. To coordinate development and safety, with a sense of responsibility of "always being at ease", we need to increase the supervision of project construction and energy pipeline safety, strengthen the investigation and treatment of water conservancy safety hazards, take solid measures to prevent natural disasters such as flash floods, comprehensively improve emergency management level, and effectively ensure the safety of people's lives.
