Inspection of preparation work before installation of high and low voltage switchgear distribution room:

Before installation, the supervising engineer and the engineer of Party A should check whether the access road is unobstructed, and if necessary, require the general contractor to build a simple transportation channel to connect with each installation point. The construction site layout should meet the requirements of safe and civilized construction. At the same time, the arrangement of construction equipment by the installation unit should be checked, and the installation unit should be urged to inspect the construction equipment to ensure that it is in good condition. Before the high-voltage equipment arrives at the site, the distribution room, trench, and foundation channel steel should have been completed.

(1) Distribution room

Before the construction of the power distribution room, detailed drawings required for the building of the power distribution room should be submitted to the construction party. Within 2 weeks after the contract is signed, the key points should be confirmed by the customer regarding the location, content, and completion time of the drawings. During the construction of the power distribution room, our technical personnel or collaborating units should be on site to supervise and avoid construction errors. The construction of the power distribution room takes about 2 weeks.

(2) Foundation

The placement of channel steel should correspond to the reserved equipment air ducts in the distribution room, and the small distance between the equipment and the wall must be clearly defined, because if the distance is too close, the cabinet door of the equipment may not open. The welding of channel steel takes about 2 days, and the equipment will arrive at the site. Our technical personnel must be present to provide guidance.

[Note] If the distribution room and foundation are not built, the equipment should have a storage location and be protected from rain or necessary waterproof materials should be provided.
