Joining hands with Changge Meteorological Bureau to build a new ecology of meteorological services in the seed industry town

In April 2025, we reached a cooperation agreement with the Changge Meteorological Bureau in Xuchang, Henan Province, to jointly build a precise meteorological service system for the seed town by deploying new meteorological monitoring equipment and intelligent technology. In response to the breeding needs of staple crops such as corn, both parties will upgrade the intelligent monitoring network of farmland, develop disaster warning models, and build a data sharing platform to collaborate with agriculture and emergency departments to optimize disaster prevention processes. The project integrates satellite remote sensing and artificial intelligence technology to achieve meteorological services covering the entire breeding chain from sowing to experimentation to storage and transportation. It is expected to reduce meteorological losses by 15% and help ensure the safety of the seed industry and stable grain production. The director of Changge Meteorological Bureau stated that this cooperation marks the transformation of meteorological services from "passive response" to "active escort", injecting technological momentum into agricultural modernization.
