In September 2025, our company successfully completed and put into use the customized high-temperature clean drying room project for a manufacturing enterprise in Suizhou, Hubei.

The two high-temperature clean rooms this time are built using on-site fixed construction methods. 1. Heating and heat recovery system

Electromagnetic induction heating technology: using alternating magnetic field to directly heat metal elements, the thermal efficiency is increased by more than 30%, reducing particle shedding, achieving physical isolation between heating elements and air, and avoiding pollution.

Thermal energy recovery: Recovering the energy of wet and hot exhaust gas through a stainless steel heat exchanger (with an efficiency of 30% -60%), preheating the fresh air; The heat pump system can cool down, dehumidify, and recover heat, with an energy efficiency ratio of 3.5-4.0 and energy savings of over 60%.

2. Air circulation and purification

Multi stage filtration system: Primary filter (G4 stage) → Heating section → Medium efficiency filter (F8 stage) → High efficiency filter (H13 stage), ensuring effective removal of particulate matter at high temperatures.

Fan selection: Adopting a backward centrifugal fan with high pressure, high efficiency, and low noise, the layout can choose to push clean hot air or suction return air. Structure and Environmental Control

Materials and insulation: The wall is made of anti-corrosion and fireproof materials such as rock wool board and stainless steel board, and the doors and windows need to be designed with airtightness to reduce heat loss.

Temperature and humidity control: equipped with high-precision temperature control system and sensors, combined with uniform air supply design (fan+duct) to ensure uniform temperature field.

Safety protection: Built in fire alarm, explosion-proof equipment (for flammable materials), and overheat protection for heat source equipment.
