After the increase, extra caution should be taken when using SF6 gas. SF6 gas detectors can detect SF6 gas in a timely manner, and after detection, we can take corresponding measures to prevent it. At the same time, we can accurately find the leakage point, repair the leakage point, and timely eliminate the safety hazards of high-voltage circuit breakers.

The SF6 gas leak detector measures the annual leakage rate of SF6 gas electrical equipment through the wrapping method. At the same time, this equipment is widely used for detecting SF6 gas leaks in multiple fields such as power supply bureaus, substations, and high-voltage switch companies.

What should we pay attention to when using SF6 gas leak detector?

1. Before starting up, the operator needs to understand the operating instructions and strictly follow the steps outlined in the instructions;

2. After use, the probe should not be placed on the ground, and the probe hole should not be dusty or damaged by dropping, as these operations will affect the performance of the instrument;

3. The probe and chassis cannot be disassembled, as disassembly will affect the normal operation of the instrument;

4. The instrument should not be placed upside down or subjected to severe vibrations during transportation;

5. After adjusting the instrument probe, do not adjust it properly. Note that if the instrument is normal, the self calibration grid number should be used as the standard;

6. Pay attention to the maintenance of the vacuum pump, maintain it regularly, confirm whether each part is normal and can be used effectively, and after confirmation, it will not affect the instrument;

7. When changing the oil of the vacuum pump, the instrument should not be charged to avoid electric shock accidents.
