Cars bring people a portable, fast, and comfortable life, but the mortality rate of car safety accidents remains high every year. In order to create more reliable and safe cars, car safety testing experiments are usually conducted in the car safety laboratory where collision tests are carried out. The scene seen is a simulated dummy sitting in the car and intentionally colliding according to the plan. After the collision, the car manufacturer/testing agency checks the acceleration, load, and deformation of various parts of the dummy to assess the safety level of the car. Sensors are an application for sensing data during collisions. On both the car and the dummy, these ubiquitous sensors enable technicians to analyze various technical data of the car at the moment of collision.

The newly launched 430 series three-axis integrated collision acceleration sensor by Senser Technology is designed for more effective testing of acceleration and impact feedback information after multi-directional impacts such as collision acceleration (collision acceleration), rollover impact test (rollover impact test), and rolling multidimensional impact test. The 430 series is a lightweight, wideband responsive miniature three-axis acceleration sensor designed specifically for collision testing, which meets the SAE J211 collision equipment testing standard. Currently, it has two range sizes, 2000g and 6000g. This 3-axis acceleration sensor uses a piezoresistive MEMS sensitive element acceleration sensor, which has dynamic response characteristics and stability. Built in full bridge temperature compensation and lateral sensitivity within the range of 0~50 ℃
