The Technical Specification for Safety Risk Prevention and Control of Dust Explosive Enterprises has been implemented since January 8, 2023

The Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has released the local standard "Technical Specification for Safety Risk Prevention and Control of Dust Explosive Enterprises" (DB44/T 2390-2022). This standard will be implemented from January 8th, 2023.

scope

This document specifies the overall requirements, safety risk identification, analysis and classification, safety risk prevention and control and notification, continuous improvement, and document management for dust explosion related enterprises in Guangdong Province.

This document is applicable to the implementation and management of safety risk identification, analysis, classification, and prevention and control work carried out by dust explosion related enterprises in Guangdong Province.

This document is not applicable to hazardous chemicals, fireworks and firecrackers, fire enterprises, and dust sites involving strong oxidants.
