DC high voltage generatorThe degree of automation in its use is high, and there are certain technical points that users must master when using it

Firstly, the availability of the device needs to be verified.

1. Before using the instrument, first observe whether the appearance of the instrument is damaged. After powering on, check if the instrument head displays properly and if the display is complete. For instruments that have not been used for a long time, check if the output terminal is corroded or aged. Otherwise, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner before use. Please refer to the 'Usage Operation' method when using.

2. During testing, the grounding terminal of the instrument should be reliably connected to the tested object, and an open circuit is strictly prohibited;

3. When the instrument adjusts the high voltage without load, the leakage current indicator head has a starting current, which is normal and does not affect the testing accuracy;

4. Do not short-circuit the output ground wire with the AC power line to avoid high voltage on the casing, which may cause danger;

5. After each experiment, clean the wires on the instrument terminals, turn off the power, disconnect the power plug, cover the computer case, and place it in a dry, dust-free, ventilated, and non corrosive gas room.

The replacement method of the fuse tube of the DC high-voltage generator: The fuse tube is connected to the power socket of the instrument as a whole. When replacing, the power cord should be unplugged first, and the fuse should be pulled out from above with a small flat screwdriver.

When using a DC high-voltage generator, attention should be paid to environmental factors:

1. It should be avoided to place it in a damp, high-temperature, and dusty environment.

2. Avoid operations that cause damage to the DC high-voltage generator due to excessive moisture.

3. Avoid high temperatures, short battery life, component melting, and other issues.

4. A DC high-voltage generator is a precision electronic instrument that cannot be opened arbitrarily. When opening it, we must take relevant protective measures to prevent external damage.

5. Avoid rusting the components inside due to moisture, as they cannot be used.

6. When not in use for a long time, the battery inside should be removed. Avoid long-term use, which may cause internal discharge and damage to the DC high-voltage generator. In our regular operation process, it is advisable to replace the battery at least once a year. To prevent the battery from affecting the operation of the DC high-voltage generator and causing problems.

7. Prevent dust from blowing into the DC high-voltage generator and causing short circuits. Causing damage to the DC high-voltage generator due to battery charging.

8. When a DC high-voltage generator has not been used for a long time, we need to conduct a voltage withstand test to check whether the data values are accurate and whether the insulation rod is normal.

For the safety of you and the device, please carefully read the following content:

1. The casing must be reliably grounded during the experiment.

2. During the experiment, unrelated items are not allowed to be stacked on or around the equipment panel.

3. Before testing, calibrate the instrument. (Method: Under a leakage current of 5mA, use a 700K Ω ceramic resistor to cross between the ground clamp and the high-voltage test rod probe until the instrument alarms.).

4. When replacing the fuse and accessories, please use the same model as this instrument.

5. This instrument should be moisture-proof and oil proof.

6. Please confirm that the tested equipment has been powered off and disconnected from other live devices during the experiment.

7. For safety reasons, please short-circuit all untested open circuit winding terminals to ground before testing.
