During the condolence process, Shi Bingren had a cordial exchange with the employees and inquired in detail about the scheduling of high-temperature operations and the implementation of heatstroke prevention measures. He repeatedly emphasized the importance of safety production, pointing out that high temperatures in summer are prone to safety accidents. Enterprises need to strictly implement the Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law and the Safety Production Law, scientifically adjust work hours, avoid outdoor operations during high temperature periods, and ensure sufficient supply of heatstroke prevention materials.

In recent years, Tiankang Group has continuously increased investment in heatstroke prevention and cooling, and built a comprehensive guarantee system. In 2025, special funds will be invested to upgrade the workshop ventilation system, and multiple industrial grade exhaust fans and mobile air coolers will be installed in high-temperature areas such as cable workshops and instrument manufacturing departments to ensure that the temperature in the work area drops by 3-5 ℃ compared to previous years. Daily supply of cooling drinks such as mung bean soup, ice water, salt soda, etc., and the establishment of a "cooling station" in the workshop, equipped with first aid kits, ice cream patches, and portable seats, making it convenient for employees to rest and recuperate at any time. For outdoor work positions, a "work at both ends, rest in the middle" system will be implemented, adjusting work during high temperature periods to cool off periods in the morning and evening, and shortening the duration of a single continuous operation. Union City Tiankang Hospital provides free blood pressure and blood glucose testing for employees, establishes health records for high-temperature operations, and implements dynamic tracking for key personnel. Conduct specialized training on high-temperature safety protection, covering over 2000 employees, covering topics such as first aid for heatstroke and safe operation of equipment, to enhance employees' emergency response capabilities.
