Vaisala has launched a new DMP1 dew point and temperature probe today for monitoring environmental conditions in critical workspaces. The new compact DMP1 has dew point measurement capability as low as -70 ° C, fast response, and is very suitable for drying rooms.

The new Vaisala DMP1 probe can provide accurate measurements under harsh drying process conditions, for example, in lithium-ion battery production, humidity control can have a significant impact on the performance of the manufactured battery. For example, it can be connected to an Indigo300 transmitter, display data locally, and transmit measurement values to automation and control systems.
