-There are two types of 25 ℃ water-cooled chillers: water-cooled and air-cooled. The working principle is actually the same. At the beginning, the compressor sucks in the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas that has been evaporated and cooled, and then compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas that is sent to the condenser; After being cooled by a condenser, high-pressure and high-temperature gas condenses into a liquid at room temperature and high pressure; When the liquid at room temperature and high pressure flows into the thermal expansion valve, it is throttled into low-temperature and low-pressure wet vapor, which flows into the evaporator and absorbs the heat of the chilled water inside the evaporator, causing the water temperature to decrease; After evaporation, the refrigerant is sucked back into the compressor and the next refrigeration cycle is repeated. The difference between air-cooled and water-cooled is the heat dissipation method. The air-cooled method carries heat to the finned condenser, which is then dissipated to the outside air by the cooling fan. The water-cooled method requires the installation of a cooling tower to bring heat to the shell and tube condenser, and then the water is pumped back and forth to the cooling tower for heat dissipation. Due to the principle of high temperature and high pressure during compressor operation, the ambient temperature is relatively high in summer, and the water-cooled method has better refrigeration effect. However, it requires cooling water and requires the addition of a cooling tower. The air-cooled method is flexible in assembly and easy to install. No cooling tower required, suitable for use in water scarce areas or mobile environments. Based on factors such as environmental conditions, water quality, and production needs in various regions, our company offers a variety of models including shell and tube type, box type water pump with water tank type, titanium alloy type, stainless steel type, open type, screw type, evaporative type, split type, explosion-proof type, low-temperature type, and integrated cold and hot type, which are suitable for different places
-Characteristics of 25 ℃ water-cooled chiller:
(1) The unit compressor adopts original brands such as Copeland from the United States, Mayur from France, and Hanzhong from Taiwan for medium and low temperature compressors;
(2) Use refrigerants such as R404A, R410a, R22/R407C, R22, etc. to meet cooling temperature and environmental requirements;
(3) Temperature selection range: can provide process chilled water between 25 ℃ and -85 ℃ (users can choose different unit specifications according to different production needs)
(4) According to user needs, various refrigerants (frozen water) can be selected: ethylene glycol aqueous solution, alcohol, ternary mixed solution, calcium chloride, seawater, electroplating, electrophoresis and other refrigerants. The evaporator is designed according to anti-corrosion requirements,
(5) Designed for 24-hour non-stop operation, it can meet the cold source requirements for various continuous production processes;
(6) The unit can also have its own water tank and circulating water pump according to the cooling capacity, without the need for a cooling tower or cooling water pump, making installation and maintenance simple and convenient;
(7) Equipped with various safety protection devices, stable performance, low noise, long service life, and simple operation; Adopting a liquid crystal display human-machine interface (PLC selection), the operation is simple and convenient, and the operating status is clear at a glance;
Kerry enterprise chillers are widely used in various fields such as rubber, plastics, petroleum, chemical, electronics, papermaking, textiles, brewing, pharmaceuticals, food, machinery, beverages, vacuum coating, electroplating, laboratories, central air conditioning, etc. They are also commonly used in centralized cooling methods
