(Manual) Insulated Boots and Gloves Voltage Test DeviceThe product has small size, light weight, reasonable structure, reliability and durability, fast testing speed, and improves work efficiency; Direct reading of high voltage and high voltage leakage current, and automatic identification of non-conforming samples, with a high degree of intelligence;
instructions:
1. When conducting a water test on the inside and outside of insulated boots (gloves), remove the partition and sponge. The insulation boots (gloves) should be filled with water at the same height inside and outside, with a 90mm exposed part of the water surface, and ensure that the exposed part of the insulation boots (gloves) is dry and clean. Then, place the high-voltage electrode inside the insulation boots (gloves) and clamp them securely.
2. When testing the installation of steel balls inside insulated boots, add water to the partition in the water tank to fully immerse the sponge. Place a metal sheet with the tested boot size * into the boot, place the high-voltage electrode inside the insulated boot to make contact with the metal sheet, and then cover the metal sheet with metal balls with a diameter not less than 4mm and a height not less than 15mm.
3. First, connect the six electrodes to a water surface of at least 15cm, then connect the high voltage on the sink to one end of the insulator, and the other end to any one of the sink electrodes (1-6). At this time, there is high voltage around the sink. When connecting the electrode signal line, try to stay as far away from the sink as possible, and use other wiring methods and insulated boots (gloves).
4(Manual) Insulated Boots and Gloves Voltage Test DeviceBefore the experiment, the high voltage line on the side marked with (high voltage danger) should be installed and fixed with the connection hole at one end of the water tank before the experiment can be carried out.
5. Set up the venue according to relevant regulations, connect the equipment wiring, and in areas where conditions permit, there should be dedicated personnel responsible for safety on site for guidance.
6. Close the power switch and enter the measurement mode. The system will perform a self check for a few seconds.
7. Press the test button, the work signal light will turn on, the voltage regulator will be energized, and the voltage bar on the display screen should have a high voltage indication (kV), while also displaying the leakage current values (mA) of 6 channels.
8. During the boosting process, the alarm buzzer will work and make a sound, indicating that the voltage is being boosted, and closely monitor the voltage and current values. When the voltage rises to the set voltage value, the boosting will stop, and the timer will automatically start. After the time is up, the voltage will automatically decrease. (As shown in Figure 1)
9. Pay attention to the milliampere meter. If the insulation performance of the insulated boots (gloves) decreases, the milliampere meter will indicate. If any current indication exceeds the specified range of the test sample during the experiment, the system will automatically cut off the high-voltage power supply, turn off the power switch, and find out the relevant reasons before conducting the experiment.
