Added a digital thermometer with market breakthrough automatic calibration function. This new technology allows thermometers to be calibrated with just one cup of ice water. The user submerges the thermometer probe in ice water and fixes the calibration button for two seconds. After a few seconds, the thermometer can be recalibrated to the reference point of 0 degrees Celsius.

11060/11063 (NSF certified), with rapid and accurate response, is an ideal tool for temperature detection and product quality control in the food industry. The LCD display screen size is clearly 1.5 X0.5 (38mm X 12.7mm). Meet the waterproof performance standard of IP56. The narrowed stainless steel probe measures 0.1 inches/23mm, which responds three times faster than models on the market.

Recommended for use under FDA Food Regulation 4-302.12 (B). This product also complies with the US Public Health Service Food Code 4-203 and HACCP industry standards.
