According to Article 13.4 of the regulations, products that meet the production scope of D-class boilers do not require independent boiler rooms, installation notices, and installation supervision inspections.

1. The blueprint approved by the provincial special inspection institute and the inspection certificate issued by the special inspection center are truly exempt from reporting products.

2. The product is produced strictly in accordance with the raw material specifications, strength calculations, and standard process flow of B-grade boilers. The material used is steel plates with a thickness of up to 12mm. The pressure bearing parts of the furnace are made of Q245R container specific plates, and the welds have undergone X-ray inspection to ensure the quality of the welding process.
