1、 Equipment principle

The entire device consists of two parts: the computer control and power source box part, and the test box and water tank part. The test parameters are set by the computer, and the pressure sensor detects the system pressure. After entering the computer through the data acquisition card, the computer captures the blasting peak value and controls the entire testing process through computer operation.

The high-pressure source adopts a gas-liquid booster pump GD400WL with a boosting ratio of 400:1; Drive pressure: 0.5-0.8MPa; The output pressure is 0-320MPa. The drive cylinder diameter of this booster pump is 160mm, and the booster cylinder diameter is 18mm. The booster pressure is infinitely adjustable, and the output pressure is!

6、 Security protection

The GD series gas-liquid booster pump adopts a single gas controlled non-equilibrium gas distribution valve to achieve automatic reciprocating motion of the pump. The gas drive part of the pump body is entirely made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy components are processed and oxidized to black to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the product. The material of the liquid receiving part is selected from carbon steel or stainless steel according to different media, and the sealing components of the pump are imported products to ensure the performance of the pump.

The diameter of the driving piston in this series is 160mm. The driving air pressure is 10 bar. To ensure the service life of the pump, it is recommended to use an air pressure of ≤ 8 bar.
