Feature 1: This product replaces the traditional edge planing machine tool that uses worm gear transmission, which results in high axial force load, malfunction, and damage during horizontal and vertical cutting due to the large cutting impact of the umbrella gear. Therefore, it has the disadvantages of high failure rate, difficult operation, low efficiency, and easy cutting during the cutting process. After improvement, a coolant device has been added to the tool for high-power cutting to prevent tool burning.

Feature 2: This machine implements the design concept of human-machine integration, coexistence of fully automatic and manual functions, truly realizing human-machine integration and facilitating operators to operate in any state. At the same time, various groove forms of metal materials, such as double X-shaped, V-shaped, U-shaped, O-shaped, etc., can be processed.

Feature 3: After introducing and improving the wear-resistant technology of German machine tool guide rails, our company has composite SF wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials on the adjustment pad in contact with the guide rails. After hundreds of thousands of tests, it is sufficient to prove its wear resistance. For over a decade, the guide rail has never experienced any fraying phenomenon. 1、 Spindle box

The machine tool spindle is entirely made of high-strength cast iron parts molded with resin sand, which have strong rigidity, convenient walking speed regulation, and no obstruction. It adopts mechatronics technology, variable frequency speed regulation, reduces the strength and skills of simple operators, and realizes functions such as human-machine integration.

2、 Machine tool structure and guide rail:

The machine tool structure is made of cast iron using HT250 resin sand technology or welded steel structure, welded with steel plates, annealed as a whole to eliminate stress, and after rough machining of the bed, subjected to secondary aging vibration before precision machining. The guide rail is made of steel, and after surface quenching, the guide rail is ground as a whole to meet the precision requirements of the machine tool.

3、 Upper Dragon Gate Frame and Oil Pump System:

The upper pressure device adopts the current design and manufacturing process, using an arc-shaped structure. After stress diffusion, an oil cylinder and mechanical clamping device are installed to achieve automatic and manual functions to improve the reliability and safety of the equipment. The transmission screw is quenched and tempered to enhance the strength and rigidity of the screw.

4、 Electrical control

Adopting the concept of mechatronics integration design, all electrical appliances are equipped with automatic and manual horizontal and vertical feed, alarm and other functions, with both automatic and manual functions, achieving human-machine integration and facilitating operation.
