17Series magnetic levitationThe built-in displacement sensor of the hydraulic cylinder is specially designed for the installation of hydraulic cylinders, providing high-precision (0.01% FS) and direct position detection feedback. This series of products has high response frequency, fast refresh rate (2000Hz), anti-interference, small hysteresis (0.5ms), high accuracy, and is suitable for real-time measurement and control of high-speed hydraulic motion (10m/s) systems, as well as complex interference environments (anti frequency conversion interference). The contactless feature avoids mechanical wear and ensures theoretically infinite service life. The fastening flange and measuring rod are made of high-quality stainless steel and can be directly inserted into the high-pressure hydraulic cylinder without corrosion. The design adopts a split structure, and the electronic compartment can be easily disassembled and replaced from the flange, which can avoid oil leakage and pressure relief of the oil cylinder, protect the environment, and facilitate quick maintenance.

The protection level of IP65 can provide sufficient protection for sensors in complex and harsh usage environments. DIN43650 universal plug connector is widely used in hydraulic equipment and is very convenient for on-site wiring and installation.
