19 seriesHThe pressure resistant outer tube and hexagonal flange of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor are made of 100% stainless steel and can be directly installed into hydraulic cylinders. The electronic part and the pressure resistant outer tube are designed for modular assembly, meaning that they can be completely separated. Replacing the electronic components on site is very simple, without the need to first remove the hydraulic system. This design reduces the time required to reset the hydraulic cylinder and greatly improves production efficiency.

The 19 series magnetostrictive displacement sensor is a newly developed digital intelligent magnetostrictive displacement sensor. It adopts non-contact magnetostrictive measurement technology. This technology can provide high-speed, high-precision, direct, and absolute displacement output. Non contact design not only facilitates installation, but also eliminates all errors caused by work wear and tear.

The 19 series magnetostrictive displacement sensor is specially designed for harsh environmental applications such as refining, chemical, power generation, pharmaceuticals, etc. In addition to basic analog voltage and current signal outputs, it also provides richer communication interfaces including digital SSI and Start/Stop, fieldbus CANbus and Profibus DP, etc.

A professional sensor series that provides users with simple and direct position feedback signals, saving costs and improving production efficiency. The output modes include:
